Journey of a Fitness Instructor 

I fell in love with group fitness during my freshman year at the University of Missouri. The senior instructors convinced me to audition for instructor training, and I've never looked back. I began teaching cardio/strength classes in 2015 and completed my ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification the following school year.

 

After college, I continued teaching while taking on new formats including TRX, Barre, TaiChi, and Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga because I love finding new ways to move and connecting people with movement they enjoy. I completed my 200RYT through YogaFit in 2024.

I love forming deep connections, continuously learning, supporting healthy lifestyles, and making wellness dreams a reality.

Workout Videos

During COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, I wanted to keep my regular attendees and loved ones moving and healthy at home. I taught biweekly classes on Instagram Live and created five different workout videos on YouTube.
